Curriculum and E-Learning Development
A former history professor (PhD, NYU), K-12 educator, and editor, I have experience writing content for multinational retailers, EdTech firms, online publishers, higher education providers, non-profits, and corporate eLearning modules–including video and podcast scripts.
UX Strategy & Content Design
Whether it’s a single flow or an entire product, my content strategy aligns business objectives with user goals. By integrating UX research, data-driven insights, and proven design principles, I create crystal-clear content that meets users where they are to boosts retention and deliver value. I also provide scalable content systems to ensure quality content over the long-term.
UX Writing
Clear beats clutter. I plan, write, test, and refine copy for seamless digital experiences. Every content decision is driven by data to ensure user accessibility. With 15+ years of writing experience across industries, I make products, campaigns, and internal resources more intuitive and purposeful.
Information Architecture
Underlying every well-designed digital experience is a system of information that ensures that the right content is delivered at the right time. I’ve developed taxonomies, content models and AI prompts to drive site development and optimize content management. My favorite projects use the tools of information design to develop thoughtful, consistent, systems-level solutions.
Trust, Safety & Privacy
Privacy is a deeply personal value for users. Breaches of privacy can have devastating consequences. Companies have an ethical responsibility to protect user data and ensure informed consent for the use of that data. I’ve worked with legal, privacy, design and research to create consent moments and tools that put users in control. I can established company-wide privacy patterns and educate stakeholders on satisfying increasingly strict data regulations while still meeting business goals.
Accessibility
Too often web/mobile, marketing, and product content lags behind accessibility standards. My content advocates a broader definition of accessibility, including accounting for visual impairments.
